location # 876, Clerk 99, her name I believe is Angie. This Cashier was very rude & had very poor customer service with my wife also making comments that she don’t do nothing but run the register, we will not be stopping at this location again.
I just thought the company should be aware of this cashiers attitude with paying customers Reply I don’t know where to start I’ve had multiple experiences with this company and none of it was good lately, the rudest I’ve ever seen in my life.
Moved to Dublin Ga & have used store# 058.time I come to fill-up for gas I have to go into the station which is very time consuming I understand once maybe twice but 8 times at different pumps & they say to come inside????
Manager was very nice said they had trouble w/pump the next time said maybe my card so I used another pump card was fine.has been at different pumps what gives???
I have a lady staying w/us who doesn’t walk & my time is valuable when going back & to Drs appointment to Atlanta from Dublin Ga…there has to be a reason for this??
Not one time did anyone go out to check the pumps.only that there was a few times I had to go inside to get my receipt..& stand in line tyo get what gives??
I boycott these big corporations now and spend my money at the smaller, cheaper stations.
Paper ran out.fill someone go right then & correct.problem doesn’t go on & on ..doesn’t work so why isn’t is there a work order w/ manager needs fixing?
I am 69 young & know when something is following through the CRACKS…. Reply Recently went to Flying J in Ruther Glen, Va.
And if you only buy 999 gallons in a month and are a loyal customer you will lose your shower power unlike loves who if you are a loyal regular customer will just give it to you along with your 5 points per gallon for being a loyal customer.
I will no longer be buying any fuel from Pilot Flying J.
Oh and also remember their CEO is in court right now for in their own words which were recorded and you can find online they were cheating customers Reply No longer in a semi truck.
